The staff was awesome so polite and helpful. Dr Bivens was very attentive and knowledgeable answered all my questions. The whole staff were so sweet. They all seem to enjoy their job and all the animals and their parents

This Dr and his office are amazing. They treat all the animals that come in as if they are family. They are kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. They handled the pandemic like champions and never stopped being there for us pet owners. They never overcharge, and I always receive a bill that is LESS than their original quote. I have many vets available to me in my area, but I choose to drive the half hour to use this vet and hospital because I trust them that much and they are that good. I have even been in the back where they keep the animals and it is spotless, organized and staffed well; and all of the animals are spoiled and loved while there. I have had many dogs through the years and thus many vets, but this Dr and his staff are hands down the best I have ever encountered.
